P. A. College of Engineering proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Muhammad Haashid, Vineeth S N (6th Semester, ICSB), and Mohammed Shakeeb (6th Semester, CSE), who secured First Prize at VEXSTORM26, a National Level AI Hackathon organized by Datavex.AI. The prestigious event was hosted at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management on 26th February 2026.

The competition witnessed participation from over 100 teams from across the country, out of which only 25 teams advanced to the offline grand finale. Demonstrating exceptional technical expertise and innovation, the PA College team not only qualified but emerged as the overall champions.

The 32-hour intensive hackathon challenged participants to push the boundaries of problem-solving, innovation, and artificial intelligence development. Throughout the event, Haashid, Vineeth, and Shakeeb displayed remarkable focus, teamwork, and resilience under pressure. Their ability to effectively leverage advanced AI tools, apply critical thinking, and deliver a high-impact solution distinguished them among some of the brightest young innovators in the nation.

Adding further glory to their accomplishment, all three students have been awarded a paid internship opportunity with Datavex.AI, recognizing their exceptional talent and technical proficiency.
