PACE Alumni Meet @ Hotel Empire, Koramangala, Bengaluru

Alumni meeting of P. A. College of Engineering, Bengaluru-Chapter was organized by PACE NEXT Alumni Association on 3rd June, 2023, at Hotel Empire, Koramangala, Bengaluru.Alumni from various batches, In-house alumni members, placement representatives and Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal-PACE attended the meeting.
Following topics were discussed:
- Creation of community groups by combining various batches across branches.
- Networking across branches and batches shall be made.
- It was decided to strengthen the activities of various Alumni Chapters. Chapter wise Captain / Vice Captain to be identified for coordination of the same. In this regard, Nabil Moidunny(2001), Zameer(2018) and Haleema(2010) were selected to coordinate the activities of Bangalore Chapter.
- It was informed that, from the academic year 2021-2022 onwards, it is decided to conduct alumni meet on the evening of graduation day every year.
- Attendees were informed that there is a plan to have a PACE ALUMNI GLOBAL MEET at UAE during the month of October, 2023 and they were invited to attend.
- It was informed that the College / Alumni association felicitates various notable Alumni. In this regard, it was informed to all that if any achievements by alumni shall be brought to the notice of Alumni association.
- Discussion on the topic “How to make the students industry ready?” was made. It was suggested to adopt Deployable Training, Domain based training for students.
- The alumni members agreed to extend their cooperation through Project Guidance, Internships, Workshops and Visit to PACE Campus for sharing of expertise and Knowledge.
