Ms. Shabnaz, Ms .Rifah Sanah, Ms. Sumayya and Ms. Ayisha of VI Semester Computer Science & Engineering Students were felicitated on 30th March 2023 at the E-learning centre of P. A. College of Engineering, Mangaluru, for securing First Place at the ADC National Level Project Competition held at IIIT Bangalore, for their innovative project on a sanitary pad vending machine, promoting menstrual hygiene and accessibility to sanitary pads.

ADC-2022(ACCS Design Challenge) is a national level project competition organized jointly by Advanced Computing & Communications Society (ACCS) and IIIT Bangalore. PACE was the only VTU affiliated college participated in this competition.

The program was attended by several dignitaries, including Mr. V. Karunakaran, Chairman of Karuna Infra Properties Mangalore, Mr. Shihab Kalandar, Co-founder & CCO of Novigo Solutions Mangaluru, Mr. Abdul Latif, Mr. Ameen Ibrahim, Mr. Salman Ibrahim, Mr. Zubair Ibrahim, Mr. Bilal Ibrahim & Mr. Adil Ibrahim, Trustees of PAET Mangalore, Dr. Ramis MK Principal, Dr. Sharmila Kumari Vice-Principal, and Mr. Sharfuddin, AGM P.A Educational Trust.

The speakers at the event shared their experiences and motivated the audience.

The program was presided over by Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal, while, Dr. Krishna Prasad, Head, Department of Biotechnology welcomed the gathering, and Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal, proposed the Vote of Thanks. Principals of sister concerns of PAET, Heads of Various Departments, Students, and Faculty Members of PACE were present for the occasion. Dr. Sayyed Ameen Ahmed, Dean (Students Affairs PAET), Mr. Ismail Shaffi, HOD Physics & Coordinator of Co-Scholastic Activities, and Mr. Iqbal Physical Director coordinated the program, while Mr. Nazim compered the program.
