Technical Talk: E- Mail Etiquette

The Institution of Engineers (India) Students Chapter, FORCE (Fraternity of Rising Civil Engineering) of P. A. College of Engineering, in association with the Association of Consulting Civil Engineers (India), Mangalore Center, and RAMCO Cement Limited, conducted a technical talk on "E-mail Etiquette" on 18th October, 2022. The resource person was Dr. Ganesh Magaveer, Professor and Head, Department of Civil Engineering, MITE, Moodbidiri.
Dr. Palakshappa K, HOD, Civil Engineering, PACE, stressed effective communication and how e mail can be used for communication. The resource person, Dr. Ganesh Magaveer, highlighted the importance of e-mail etiquette to be followed in effective communication. He also motivated the students by emphasising the scope and importance of civil engineering in the present and future.
Prof. Chetan K and Prof. Safa Sana coordinated the program. The students of VII semester, Ms. Ayashath Sana introduced the resource person, and Ms. Absana rendered the welcome speech and master of ceremony of the session. All the students and staff members of Civil Engineering participated in the programme.
