FDP on INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND DELIVERY FOR OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION

The Faculty Development Program on INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND DELIVERY FOR OUTCOME BASED EDUCATION was rolled out by Center for Professional and Organization development in association with Training and Placement Department was conducted for Teaching and Non teaching faculties. More than 50 participants took part in the program.
The Resource Person Dr. Abdul Khader A. A, former Principal of Govt. Polytechnic College have involved in successfully imparting FDP for over 25 years.
Principal Dr. Ramis M. K. along with HODs of various department participated in the Program. Mr. Faizal (Head- CPOD) facilitated the program. Principal shared the highlights and importance of the program and welcomed the resource person.
The program shared insight on various areas the faculties can focus to psychologically tackle the current challenges that has taken place among the learners community post pandemic and significance of using hybrid learning pedagogy to influence better teaching learning relationship. The program was very essential to enhance the teaching deliverables on par with National Education Policy.
