Centre for Management Studies and Research, P. A College of Engineering organized “FLAMES- 2022” a National level UG fest on the theme “Resilient Mind” on 25th July 2022 at PACE campus. The fest started off with an inaugural ceremony presided by Dr. Ramis M K. Chief guest Mrs. Gayathri R , Zonal Head, Bank of Baroda, Mangalore zone has inaugurated the function and, in her address, she urged the importance of imparting entrepreneurship-oriented education to the students. Mr. Sanjay S Walli, regional Manager Bank of Baroda, Derek Ajith, Bank of Baroda, Mr. P. A. Zubair Ibrahim, Trustee, P. A. Educational Trust, Mangalore, Mr. Sharfuddin P. K, AGM(Campus) P.A Educational trust were guests of honor. It was also an occasion to felicitate Dr. Zoheb Ali K who has successfully submitted his Ph.D. thesis.
The fest had various management and cultural events. The fest had given a chance for more than 400 students from various colleges to exhibit their talent and skills in both management and cultural activities. The valedictory function was graced by the presence of Principal Dr. Ramis M. K., who congratulated the organizing team for the initiative and success of the fest. Certificates with cash prizes and trophies were handed over to all price winners of various events. St. Philomena’s College, Puttur was announced as the champions while S DM College of Business Management followed as runners up.
