P.A College of Engineering celebrated *PACE Day-22* its 22nd Annual Day and Farewell to the Final year students on 30th June, 2022.

Dr M.Vijayakumar, Hon. Vice Chancellor, Yenepoya(Deemed to be University) was the Chief Guest of the programme. In his address he stressed on the importance of skills and how learning them during the years of graduation will fetch them good jobs. Degree is only a passport not a visa. While getting ready for employment is what is sought after in the present days, degrees and qualifications are only a part of academic life, just an obstacle in life to be crossed. Emotional Intelligence is necessary and what most students lack these days, where building it is needed in the process of these learning years. Learning beyond curriculum is what is going to help you be a successful human being.

Mr. Abdulla Ibrahim, Chairman and Managing Trustee, PAET, Chief Guest congratulated the departments for NBA Accreditation and appreciated the efforts of the faculty. He urged the students to up skill themselves for a bright future ahead.

Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal presented the Annual Report for the year 2021-22 and prizes for Academic Toppers and winners of Kaushal 22’ an Intra Department Project Presentation and Expo was given away by the Chief Guest and the Chairman. Students shared their experiences of their life in the college.

  Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice-Principal, PACE, Dr. Sayyed Ameen Ahamad, Dean Student Affairs and Director, MBA, Prof Ismail Shaffi, HOD, Physics and Coordinator, Co- Scholastic Activities and Heads of various Departments were present during the programme.

The PACE Day programme was coordinated by Prof. Ismail Shaffi, Prof Saifuddin, Prof. Littimol Mathew and Prof Yasashwini. Dr. Sharmila Kumari welcomed the gathering and Prof Yashaswini proposed the vote of thanks.

Mr. Abdulla Abdul Samad, Department of Computer Science invoked God’s blessings. Mr. Nazim, III Year CS and Ms Bushaira, I Year EC, compeered the programme.
