Webinar on Introduction of Civil Engineering software & Their Application in Real Time Projects

The Civil Engineering Department of P. A. College of Engineering organized a Webinar on Introduction of Civil Engineering software & Their Application in Real Time Projects to emphasize the need for software in civil engineering practices and align the students skills required for the current industrial requirements. The event was organized by IEI (Institute of Engineer) Students Chapter and FORCE (Fraternity of Rising Civil Engineers). The programme was held on 28th April 2022 at Multi-Purpose hall, P.A College of Engineering.
Mr. Srinivas Reddy B. Tech., Civil, AT AU, Structural Engineer in MH CEO & Founder of Bhavanams C2c was the resource person. The speaker emphasized on the practical aspects, challenges and use of specific software in day today life in the field of civil engineering like Planning, Analysis and Design of Civil Engineering Structures. He also emphasized on the latest Softwares used for construction, Planning, Design and Analysis.
The Chief Guest of the programme Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal, PACE, emphasized the importance of software and their application in the field of civil engineering. Dr. Palakshappa K., Professor & Head of Civil Engineering, advised the students to learn and update about the latest softwares by organizing value added courses in the department and to be industry ready.
Ms. Raseena, student of final year delivered welcome addres., Ms. Absana student of III year rendered vote of thanks .Prof.Jasim P. P. and Mrs. Aysha Afeeza Assistant Professor, coordinated the program. All the students and staff members participated in the webinar.
