Report on Invited Talk and Technical Non–Technical events: Funtronics

An invited talk by Mr. Justin D Souza, Technical Lead, Dell Technologies, was held at the institute premises on 28th Oct., 2021 by Electronics & Communication department under the forum Ignited Minds of Electronics.
The event began with the Welcome Speech by Ms. K. S. Asna. Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal, PACE, elaborated the scope of Electronics and emphasized that scope is for students and not for the branch.
The resource person, Mr. Justin D Souza delivered a technical talk on Database on You. He gave the tips on how to set goals and to achieve it whatever comes the way. He also inspired the students to take challenges in life and not be afraid of failures.
Prof. Chandana B.R. introduced the speaker. The Principal and the Guest Speaker were welcomed in a unique way by presenting a sapling that was later planted in the campus.
The invited talk was followed by Technical/ Non–Technical events Funtronics. Prof. Mohammed Hussain explained the scope and importance of Electronics & Communication. The new student office bearers for the academic year 2021-22 were introduced in the program by Prof. Tenson Jose. There was also introduction of second year students. Prof. Mohammed Zakir declared the winners of mini project exhibition held during last semester. There was also project exhibition by final year students.
During the afternoon session the final year students and third year students conducted technical and non technical events for second year students.
Prof. Asia Hazareena, Prof. Litti Mol and Prof. Safra were present. The faculty members and students of the Electronics and Communication department attended the program.
Ms. K. S. Asna mastered the ceremony. Prof Mohammed Saleem coordinated the event.
