Report of IEEE visit in PACE for forming a student branch

Prof Keith Fernandez, Incharge of IEEE Mangalore Subsection conducted an awareness programme on IEEE for the students of PACE on 15 Feb 2020.Prof Keith took the students through a journey,right from history of IEEE, benefits of IEEE membership, and the procedure of starting IEEE Students Chapter. The programme was attended by faculty in charges of EC(Prof Mohammed Zakir) EE(Prof Nishita) and CS(Prof Tanzeem Agra) branches, Prof Pujar (Professional Body Incharge, PACE), Dr Abdul Sharief, Principal PACE, Dr Ramis M K, Vice Principal, PACE and Dr . Zahid Ansari (Dean Research, PACE) and also students of various circuit branches. PACE has initiated the process of IEEE Student Chapter at PACE.
