COVID-19 Ramadan Kit distribution

In the light of pandemic COVID 19, as a social responsibility, and a preparation for hereafter, the yearly Ramadan Kit distribution was conducted in a more massive way this year(2020). The PACE NSS chapter in association with PACENEXT Alumni Chapter had taken the initiative with cooperation of all PACE Mangalore family members, including present students. Our Alumni across the world, students, staff and PAET management had come forward in an encouraging way in donations. Through the donations an amount of Rs 316500 was raised thus accomplishing 230 Covid-19 Ramadan Kits.
The priority for distribution was from the needy workers inside PACE CAMPUS to those people in the nearby villages, and also our dear students who are really in need. A team headed by Vice Principal Dr Rameez M.K consisting of Prof Habeeb Ur Rehman (Alumni Coordinator PACE), Prof Ismail.s (NSS officer PACE), Mr.Iqbal (Physical Drirector), Mr. Abdul Haseed and Mr. Hamad Shakeer had taken this task of identifying and distributing the kits. Kit distribution was done in two phase The first phase of distribution was on Saturday April 25th 2020 and second phase was on May 3rd 2020.
