Industrial visit of students of department of Biotechnology to K.M.F., Kulshekar and Science Museum, Manipal Museum has been organized on 2nd April 2019. Students started from the college at 9.00AM and reached KMF at 10.30 AM. Students were educated on how the milk from milking machines, collected through Automatic Computerized Milk Collection Units is chilled directly in Bulk Milk Coolers. Students have observed the process of pre and post harvest handling of milk for processing and testing as per the international standards.
