Automedics, a workshop on "Recent Autotech trends shaping the world today" was conducted in the premises of P.A College of Engineering for PACE students, on 15th October 2019 by Department of Mechanical Engineering in association with VROOMIX, Autoclub @ PACE, and Candour Autotech Pvt. Ltd., Trivandrum. The program started with practical sessions, where students were given hands on auto diagnosis training on Mercedes Benz GL and demonstration on BMW engine. It was followed by the sessions by Mr. Shamnas (MD, Candour Autotech Pvt. Ltd).
Around 250 students from various departments of PACE participated in the workshop. The audience were very well involved in the various sessions on Automotive Diagnostics. The Valedictory function of the program was presided by Dr. Abdul Sharief (Principal PACE) in the presence of Mr. Abdulla Ibrahim, (Executive Director, PAET), Mr Shamnas Mohammed (MD, Candour Autotech Pvt. Ltd.,), Dr. Palakshappa, ( Prof and Head, Department of Civil Engineering),Dr. Sharmila Kumari, ( Prof and Head, Department of Computer Science Engineering),Dr. Krishna Prasad, ( Prof and Head, Department of Biotechnology), and Dr. Ramis M K (Prof and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering). The workshop concluded with the certificate distribution to the participants and the Concluding Remarks by Mr. Abdulla Ibrahim.
