A meeting session to discuss the research and innovation activities in PA College of Pharmacy (PAPC), PA Institute of Physiotherapy (PAIP) and Centre for Management Studies and Research Institutes of PAET was conducted at the PAPC Principal Office on 11/10/19 at 2:30 pm. The session was conducted in the presence of Dr. Zahid Ansari (Dean Research), Dr. Ramis MK (Vice-Principal, PACE), Dr. Salimullah Khan (Principal, PAPC), Dr. Shahid Dar (Principal, PAIP), and the RIG members and research coordinators. Dr. Salimullah briefed the members with an introduction and importance of RIG meet. Dr. Zahid Ansari discussed about the importance of research and innovation for the growth of institute and self-personality. Dr. Ramis followed the discussion with the objectives of the meeting and earmarked the research activities that can be carried from 6 months to 2 years. Dr. Shahid emphasized on gathering the research data from different search engines like PubMed, Nature, etc. The meeting extended with a productive discussion on topics like, carrying out quality work from final year project batches, publishing their works in journals, collaborating with other institutions, applying for funds, invited talks for interested members on regular basis, etc. The meeting concluded with a brief review of activities to be carried until the next meeting in the month of December 2019.
