P. A. College of Engineering under the umbrella of Center of Professional & Organizational Development (CPOD) conducted a one day faculty development program on "DELIVERING EXCELLENCE" at PACE Campus on 6th Sep, 2018. Renowned Corporate Trainer and Speaker Mr. Muhammad Faizal graced over the occasion and addressed upon the innovative teaching skills and fine methods that a teacher should posses to impart and disseminate knowledge in the present challenging environment.
Dr. Abdul Sharief, Principal PACE, presided over the function and stressed the need for implementing value based teaching learning process and overall development of student community for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Dr. Ramis M K, Vice Principal, PACE gave the concluding remarks stating that faculty members today need to be prepared enough by some sort of a faculty development program (FDP) in order to deal with the rapid changes and shifting paradigms in engineering education and without such training, teaching is often reduced to mere presenting of the subject by one-way lecturing.
Prof. Surfaraz Hashim, Director Academics, and Heads of Various Departments were present on this occasion.
Prof. Raihana welcomed the dignitaries and Prof. Fatima delivered vote of thanks.
