The EMBED CLUB PACE recently organized a two-day workshop on "IoT Application Design" for second-year students of Department of Computer Science and Engineering on June 12th-13th, 2024. 

The workshop aimed to offer a comprehensive understanding of IoT applications. Covering everything from basic concepts to advanced topics, the workshop included hands-on sessions and demonstrations on various aspects such as Introduction to Embedded Systems and IoT, Getting Started with ESP Wroom-32, IoT solutions using cloud, and controlling IoT devices with Google Home. 

The event concluded with a small valedictory program attended by the Vice Principal and HoD of Computer Science, Dr. Sharmila Kumari and Dr. Hafeez M K. The workshop received positive feedback from participants, who appreciated the clear explanations and practical exercises provided. 

Special thanks were given to Staff Coordinator Prof. Habeeb Ur Rehman and Prof. Mohammed Saifuddin, along with student coordinators for their guidance and support throughout the workshop. Many participants expressed interest in similar workshops in the future.
