Alumni Interaction session by Mr. Jaseel S
Department of Mechanical Engineering has organized an Alumni Interaction Session by Mr. Mohammed Jaseel S, CEO-Lascade and CTO-FareFirst, Kochi, Kerala, on 20.11.2023 in the Lecture Hall G28 at 3.30pm. Mr. Jaseel is the proud alumni of PACE (Mechanical Engineering) and his venture FareFirst is listed among top ten startups in Kerala in the year 2022. He interacted with the students of final year mechanical engineering on his entrepreneurial journey, his perceptions, challenges and success. He emphasized the students to develop the qualities such as innovativeness, team building, leadership, risk tolerance, assertiveness and business skills along with gaining technical knowledge. Apart from becoming a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Jaseel also explained the opportunities of pursuing higher studies in the countries like Germany. HoD of Mechanical Engineering Dr. Prashanth Pai M welcomed and introduced Mr. Jaseel to the gathering. Mr. Mohammed Nihal proposed the vote of thanks. The event was coordinated by Dr. Maruthi Prashanth B H and Prof. Navaneeth I M. The teaching and non-teaching faculty members of the department were present in the session.
